How does the set-up work at home or in our riad?

Your therapist arrives with all the equipment: a professional folding massage table, argan massage oils, single-use hot towels, an essential oil diffuser and ambient music, to recreate the spa experience in your room, your suite or by the pool.

What are your travel fees and service areas?

Travel is free within Marrakech and its close surroundings (Medina, Gueliz, Hivernage, Palmeraie, Agdal). For more distant areas (Route de l'Ourika, Route d'Amizmiz, etc.), a travel fee may apply: we tell you before confirming. See the areas we cover.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You pay your therapist directly after the treatment, in cash (dirhams or euros) or by bank card. All our prices are on the prices page.

Do you offer couples massages?

Yes. Two therapists come at the same time to give your treatments side by side in your riad, villa or hotel. See our couples massage.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 hours ahead to make sure a therapist is available. We work every day from 8am to 10pm and do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.

Are your massages professional treatments?

Yes. Thai Kech offers professional, non-sensual wellness treatments only, performed by female therapists. Any request of a sensual nature is refused. Read our code of conduct.

Should I tell my hotel?

Each hotel has its own rules for outside visitors: let reception know the time of your treatment. All our tips are on the in-room massage in hotels and riads page.
