Set-up by two therapists
Both therapists set up the table, oils and atmosphere, then check your preferences with you.

Mirrored movements
They start with slow, symmetrical strokes on each side of the body to help you relax.

Synchronised choreography
Back, legs, arms: the movements flow in rhythm, with enveloping pressure.

Slow finish
The treatment gradually slows to stillness to prolong the feeling of relaxation.
