A dinner, a party, a wedding, or simply perfect hair after a day in the sun? Your therapist comes to your riad, villa or hotel room for a hair wash followed by a blow-dry, so you don't have to find a salon in a city you hardly know.

The treatment takes about an hour and costs 350 MAD, with free travel across the whole Marrakech area. You pay after the treatment.

How the treatment works

Set-up
Your therapist sets up near the bathroom and a power socket, then asks about the result you want: smooth, supple, with more or less volume.

Hair wash
Your hair is washed and rinsed, then gently towel-dried.

Blow-dry
Section by section, with a round brush and a hair dryer, your hair is smoothed and given volume.

Finishing touches
A final pass to tame the lengths, then a check of the result with you in front of the mirror.

A blow-dry without going to a salon

On holiday, finding a hair salon, booking a slot and getting there takes time. With a blow-dry at home, your therapist comes to you: you stay in your riad, villa or hotel room, and you are ready when it's time to go out.

The treatment includes the hair wash and the blow-dry. It takes about an hour, depending on the length and thickness of your hair.

How long does a blow-dry last?

A blow-dry usually lasts until your next hair wash. Humidity, heat, the pool or hammam steam make it drop sooner.

Also planning a hammam or a swim? Book the blow-dry afterwards, late in the day, just before you go out.

Before a night out or with friends

For a dinner, book the blow-dry for late afternoon. For a group, several blow-dries can follow one another at your villa or riad, up to 10 people in the same day: see our bachelorette and group spa page. And for matching hands, add a manicure.

Precautions

Tell us if your scalp is sensitive or irritated, or if you are allergic to a hair product.
If your hair was recently coloured, relaxed or straightened, mention it when you book.
Avoid the pool, the hammam or a shower right after the blow-dry: water and steam make it drop.
