Sports massage at home in Marrakech
- 500 MAD
- 60 min
- Female therapists
An Atlas trek, a round of golf, a day walking the Medina or a workout: the Thai Kech sports massage helps your body recover. Deeper pressure and invigorating strokes target tight areas (legs, back, shoulders) to loosen muscles and restore flexibility.
The treatment lasts one hour and takes place in your riad, villa or hotel room. No travelling after exercise: you stay put and relax.
- Free travel
- Pay after your treatment
- Every day 8am–10pm
- Table, oils and towels provided

Ideal for
- After a Toubkal trek or a hike in the Atlas Mountains
- After golf, a bike ride or a training session
- Heavy legs after a day of sightseeing on foot
- Back and shoulder tension after a long flight
- Anyone who likes firm pressure
How the treatment works
- 1
Talk about your needs
Your therapist asks what exercise you did, where you feel tension and what pressure suits you.
- 2
Preparing the muscles
Broad strokes prepare the muscles and warm up the areas to be worked.
- 3
Targeted work
Deeper pressure and kneading on the legs, back and shoulders, adjusted to how it feels for you.
- 4
Stretches and wind-down
A few stretches and slower strokes end the treatment. Drink plenty of water afterwards.
When to book a sports massage
Straight after intense exercise, muscles are often sensitive: allow a few hours, take a shower and rehydrate. Many people prefer the evening they get back or the next day, when the aches set in.
Before an activity, a lighter, more dynamic massage can help you feel ready: just tell your therapist.
Recovering after the Atlas and Toubkal
Marrakech is the gateway to many High Atlas treks, including the ascent of Toubkal (4,167 m), the highest peak in North Africa. The descents are especially hard on thighs and calves.
Book your massage for the evening you return to Marrakech or for the following day. Our guide massage after a Toubkal trek covers the essentials.
Firm pressure, never painful
A sports massage can be intense, but it should not hurt. Say so at any time if the pressure is too strong: your therapist adjusts straight away.
Looking for all-over relaxation instead? Choose the Berber massage or the Thai massage with hot towels.
